Refund Policy

The 14-day guarantee, as promised

If Keptus isn't right for your day, email hello@keptus.com from your purchase email address within 14 days of buying, and we'll refund the full amount — no interrogation, no forms. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 5–10 working days of our reply.

What happens after a refund

Your hub and gallery are closed. If you and your guests have already added photos or content, ask when you request the refund and we'll give you a reasonable window to download everything first.

After 14 days

The guarantee window closes 14 days after purchase, but if something's genuinely wrong — the product materially failed you on the day, or we couldn't fix a real problem — write to us anyway. We'd rather be fair than technical about a fortnight. None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
