Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Keptus ("we", "us") is operated by InnoImprove Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16102235, registered office 3 Wylye Close, Warminster, England, BA12 9NX. Contact: hello@keptus.com.
2. What Keptus is
Keptus is a wedding-planning hub: a website, guest tools and a shared photo gallery for one wedding, purchased with a single one-time payment. The plan you buy (The Gallery, The Hub, or The Hub + Gallery) determines which tools are included; what each plan contains is described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
3. Your account and your wedding hub
- Your hub is attached to the email address used at purchase. Keep access to that email — it is how you sign in.
- One purchase covers one wedding. You may invite co-planners and share your guest link freely with your wedding party and guests.
- You're responsible for what is uploaded to your hub and for having the right to share the content you and your guests add.
4. Payment and the 14-day guarantee
- Payment is a one-time charge, taken by card at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing further to cancel.
- If Keptus isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — see our refund policy.
5. Your content
- Photos, messages and wedding details added to your hub remain yours (or their creators'). We claim no ownership.
- You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display that content to the people you share your wedding with — that's the service.
- Your gallery and hub are not public: access is via your sign-in and the private links and codes issued for your wedding. Keep those links private to keep the hub private.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Keptus to store or share unlawful content, to harass anyone, or to upload content you have no right to share. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules or the law.
7. Availability and our responsibility
- We aim to keep Keptus available and your content safe, and we work with reputable infrastructure providers to do so, but no online service can promise perfect availability.
- Keep your own copies of irreplaceable photos. Keptus is a sharing and keeping service, not your only backup.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including for death, personal injury or fraud). Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
8. Changes and endings
- We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
- If we ever discontinue Keptus, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to download your content first.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
